Because most of our mascot costumes are custom-made, production typically takes 7–15 business days depending on design complexity, customization requirements, and order volume.

For highly customized or large orders, production time may be longer. If additional time is required, our team will notify you in advance.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7–15 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days after shipment
